Stephen has over 30 years experience as a Senior Executive. This experience takes in many industries in both technical and general management roles, from SME's to major corporates. He has worked in professional services, health insurance, manufacturing, print, travel, fmcg, technology, retail and the professional services industries. His vast commercial experience underpins his ability to confidently identify fundamental business issues. This practical experience and insight gained from his years being involved with various outsourcing, supply chain and cultural change projects as well as his in-depth understanding of technology integration issues enables Stephen to help steer clients through their own particular challenges.   

With accredited business management skills, Stephen looks to maximise the efficiencies of systems and infrastructures already established. This may be looking at a business's business or marketing strategy; it might involve the more intuitive use of technology, maximising its effectiveness. More often that not, the greatest challenges that businesses face is in the area of communication, both internal and external. Stephen's understanding of the dynamics and pressures in bringing about change in any of these areas, combined with his skillful end effective use of applied technology and modes of implementation, allows for innovative solutions for his clients.
