Anticipating your needs for the future is pivotal to remaining competitive. The roadmap we create for you will be based on steering your company through the stages of strategy development, implementation and realization of its vision; to re-evaluate, restructure and redirect the company into competing in an ebusiness environment This will be achieved through applying an incremental, phased approach that includes:

1. Assessment: A business assessment is completed that analyses future industry trends and the level of digitilisation that can easily be attained within each area of the business.

2. Identification: After the assessment identification of key strategic issues is presented.

3. Impact: The overall cultural impact to the business is reviewed.

4. Options: Through a situation analysis identification of strategic options is obtained and detects amongst others whether the company does nothing, enhances its current business, extends its products and services, creates a new business or exits the current business. The Options unit will also cover whether there is a "first mover" advantage or whether cannabilisation of existing markets will prevail.

5. Requirements: New capabilities will be required to successfully compete in an uncertain future. Business development plays a key role together with the ability to undertake change management on a real time basis. This unit encompasses an "integrated learning dialogue" philosophy whereby it is not a rigid set of parameters that are maintained but a flexibility approach using experimental methods to enable both the company its stakeholders (including esps global) to learn through the ongoing interaction. Innovation will be the key.

6. Implementation: A full implementation project plan with identification of those prioritised projects that will provide the most benefit will be scoped.

7. Change: Running concurrently to the implementation plan will be a full change management programme. This programme does not end with the close out of the project and is integral to success of the transformation of companies to being truly e-business enabled.

8. Planning: In a state of constant change it is imperative that a company reviews its short term and long term goals. Rather than seeing the relationship as a start-finish service esps global works under the "partnering" philosophy that fosters long terms relationships with its clients.
